My boyfriend and I bought our first home with the help of Vivian Backmann and her team. We had a wonderful experience working with them. Although Vivian had many clients at the time, it felt like we were her only clients. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we looked at, the closing process, and the areas we were looking in. Vivian and her team were quick to respond to us and genuinely cared about our needs for our future home. Vivian fought to make sure the sale was fair for us and that we got everything we wanted from the house. I would work with her team again in a second and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Vivian helped us sell our Blaine home and buy our new one in Elk River. I have worked with five other agents in the past. Never again I will always work with Vivian. she is a shark. She got us everything we wanted and more. She made the process very easy. She knows what she is doing and she has a awesome work ethic.

She found us a house in the neighborhood we wanted before it completely went on the market and for a good price. Also doldour home. Negotiated for us.

As first time home buyers Vivian was extremely helpful and provided some knowledge and information to help identify when things were both positive and negative. She wasn't pushy and always made sure my wife and I were satisfied. If/When we buy another home we will have Vivian put ours on the market and help find the next one.
